"Wagner's War" CD Review in Metal Rules Webzine

The Great Kat - Wagner’s War
July 2004 | Released: 2002, Indie | Rating: 4.5/5 | Reviewer: JP

Damn! We all new THE GREAT KAT!! had a lot of aggression in her soul, but damn!! 9-11 has brought out the KAT fury with a vengeance!! A giant paramilitary/war theme runs through the image, lyrics and packaging of this disc, her seventh release overall.

Everything rips by at a blistering pace with her majesty displaying why she was recently voted one of the top 10 shredders of all time. Lyrically there is not much going on, Kat going with a ‘keep it simple stupid’ philosophy. Ya can’t get much blunter than “Kill! Kill! Kill!” when it comes to delivering the aggressive goods.

She’s hot, she shreds and she WILL kick your ass. Not many metal fans are man enough to even comprehend what she is trying to do. Shredder paradise. A perfect disc docked one half mark for the painfully short playing time of about 13 minutes. Way too short even for an MCD.
