The Great Kat is the stage name of Katherine Thomas who is famous for her thrash interpretations of classical music. Mostly she plays with an electric guitar, but sometimes she plays violin. In fact Thomas is a violin coach, who graduated from Juilliard School and had a tour playing conventional classical music before finally crossing to metal. She is as crazy as she seems.
