RECIPE for Chef Great Kat’s Russian Caviar & Blini:
Russian Ossetra Caviar.
Sour Cream
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 cup of flour
A little sugar
A little salt
A little baking soda.

First thing you do is, you take the Russian Ossetra Caviar. Put it aside.

Then we take the sour cream. Put it aside. We’re going to make the blini! Very simple!
2 eggs, 2 cups of milk, a cup of flour.
A little sugar, a little salt, a little baking soda.
That’s it! That’s the recipe! That’s the blini!
Whisk it up, nice and smooth.
Now, put on the griddle. Medium hot
A little butter, a little oil.
We take the blini batter
Pour a little blini, okay?
Make it cute, make it small!
When you see the bubbles, flip it over.
Then you put it on the platter.

STANDARD RECIPE for Chef Great Kat’s Russian Caviar & Blini:
Russian Ossetra Caviar
Sour cream
2 eggs
2 cups of milk
1 cup of flour
1 teaspoon sugar
¼ teaspoon baking soda
pinch salt

To make Blini, combine 2 eggs, 2 cups of milk, 1 cup of flour, 1 teaspoon sugar,
¼ teaspoon baking soda, and a pinch of salt. Whisk it up.
Heat griddle, medium/hot. Add a little butter and oil to the griddle.
Pour small blini on griddle. When you see bubbles, flip it over.
Take off griddle, place on platter.
Add sour cream and generous amount of Russian Ossetra Caviar to blini.
Serve hot.
